One-on-One Training

One-on-One Personal Training sessions are a great way to develop the most personalized training program for you.  Discover for yourself how E1 Sport and Health uses their extensive experience, advanced education, persistent passion, and unrelenting enjoyment of exercise science to create a one of a kind training experience based on your individual needs, goals, and abilities.  Receive direct movement guidance and an understanding of how and why certain protocols are used.  We will create an efficient, educational, and results driven workout that continues to challenge and change you as you progress.

Before training begins, E1 Sport and Health conducts a total body strength, joint structural integrity, health history, and body composition analysis assessment.  The movement evaluation consist of a variety of protocols to determine each client’s specific movement patterns to understand each individuals unique motor patterns.  We will discuss sleep hygiene, nutritional patterns, and genetic and hereditary risk factors.  Progression is always monitored and adjustments will be made accordingly.

In order for the body to train, breakdown, and rebuild optimally, proper nutrition must be at the forefront of any training program.  E1SH will make nutritional recommendations to obtain and maintain healthy weight and body fat, metabolic needs, metabolic efficiencies, and taste preferences.  We utilize the InBody Test, a noninvasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water.
