Sports Performance

E1 Sport and Health provides exceptional off-season and in-season strength training for athletes.

Off-season training begins with a thorough evaluation of total body strength, power, structural integrity, and body composition analysis.  The physical evaluation consists of a variety of assessment to determine each athlete’s specific program. 

In-season training programs are designed to maintain strength and prevent injury during the playing season.  Training protocols are tailored to each individual athlete and will be complemented with a detailed nutrition plan.

The movement evaluation consist of a variety of protocols to determine each athletes specific movement patterns to better understand each individuals unique motor patterns.  We will discuss sleep hygiene, nutritional patterns, and recovery protocols.  Progression is always monitored and adjustments will be made accordingly.

In order for the body to train, breakdown, rebuild, and recover optimally, proper nutrition must be at the forefront of any training program.  E1SH will make nutritional recommendations to obtain and maintain healthy weight and body fat to meet metabolic requirements, metabolic efficiencies, and taste preferences.  We utilize the InBody Test, a noninvasive body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water.
